LEAH BECKMANN: An ACE certified personal trainer and Registered nurse with 8 years experience in strength training, CrossFit, and yoga. Leah’s approach focuses on carefully designing programs based on your unique needs, preferences, and skill level, as well as current exercise science principles. Leah works with clients on weight loss, strength training, functional movement, mobility, and endurance.
